Michael Kendrick – Kendrick Consulting
Michael Kendrick is an independent international consultant in human services and community work with a focus on work in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom and occasionally in other countries. He is very active as a public speaker and trainer, as well as an evaluator, consultant and advisor to advocates, governments, agencies and community groups. His masters and doctoral work was in social work and sociology.
Deb Rouget – Personalised Lifestyle Assistance
Deb Rouget is currently the facilitator of the Personalised Lifestyle Assistance (PLA) Project. The PLA project aims to develop numerous initiatives throughout Victoria that seek to support people with a disabilities to create socially inclusive lifestyles that are highly personalised, designed and influenced by the people who use them.
Claude Staub - PCP Manager, St John of God Accord
Claude’s interest in person centeredness extends planning beyond the document we commonly refer to as the “PCP” and begins to explore the organisational design that enables planning to be truly person centered. Having spent time in the US and Europe recently, we begin to explore examples of good individualisation and how this may look in the context of today’s Victorian disability sector.
